About Me

Confectionery Craze
Welcome to Confectionery Craze. My name is Sharanya, and I'm a 12th grade student, living in India. My craze for baking started about a year ago after watching Nigella's show on TLC. My baking initially confined to Betty Crocker cake mixes, but over the months, I've pulled out quite a few delicious desserts from the oven. Don't get me wrong - I've had my fair share of kitchen disasters, but I've learnt a lot from these mistakes. I find baking very relaxing and therapeutic. Through this blog, I hope to share my passion for baking with all of you. Please feel free to comment. If you have any questions or suggestions, please email me at sharanyab_1994@hotmail.com.
